It slows everyone in the circle now, whether they get hit by cannonballs or not. So yeah.
AP GP with Spellvamp no longer viable tbh. >.>

Alistair can actually jungle well now, im hoping. (he could jungle before, but wasn't the best)

Yes, last time I checked you got a passive from deny, and then if you use it allies get the same passive. Maybe i'm just outdated.

They only raise the AoE buff. I doubt the passive has been touched at all.

You'll draw tower aggro, but you'll still be able to tank it just as easily with your ultimate.
I'm thinking now that Gangplank has the potential to be a huge support in fights. Farm up to get your aura items (Aegis, Stark's, etc), initiate fights with your ultimate, and make everyone around you incredibly buff with Raise Morale and your auras.
