the effect obviously stacks......( NOT ON VOLLY) as the other guy has said it DOSE have a diminishing return meaning the more slow you get the less effect the next slowing item has .....HOWEVER it dont matter becaz if somone else has a Better (or more) slow them you then you will not escape or slow them enuff there for your champion is now useless as shes only good for a team slow/arrow stun and if you cant even do that then you arnt doing your job as ash

as iv said befor my ash buiild is a TEAM BUILD you wont be killing much of **** untill your team helps you build ***its stacks and in turn you help them kill champions.....this IS a team game a nooby DPS ash only killz players stupid enuff to get frozen to death ......no 1 i no ...not anymore
