and here's my thoughts on the tiamat again: since it does bounce crits, making it better than rico, and it stacks with rico, it seems that if you need to push, it will push the f--- outta minions since with rico on they have like a 2 second lifespan per wave. but.t then it looks like just about all you can do is to push. and i don't see the use for tha
probably can't downfight since i got my own sivir build, but still this needs some great work. the biggist problem though is the ie. great for tryndamire
well you do have like 36% dodge while running with this, it still leaves much squishiness to be desired. and 1v1's stink for sivir in general because some tanky dps like mundo or trynd can 1v1 rape anybody.
your job is to let somebody nice initiate and stun for you. this build is farming like crazy i will admit. however, not at all viable because i can kill you in 3 seconds as
You can vote however you want. This is one of the first builds I put together, and it may very well be kind of questionable. I wrote this literally a few days after I stopped taking
Vote however. Seriously, this isn't my best work ever. It's just a lot better than what I was doing two weeks before I wrote it. :-P
I tend to underestimate Ricochet as anything other than a farming tool. Maybe I can rethink that... If I ever finish the multi-bloodthirster build (tried it, but the games were too short), I'll take a look at my Ricochet damage and reconsider if necessary.
This char with some support does pretty good damage to any single target. Long-distance havoc from the fringes isn't as much of an option.

Any plans to update this guide ? :)
Hmmm. I'm not sure. It's a workable build, but kind of so-so. I'm trying other characters these days and I'm starting to understand why some other Sivir builds work a little better. The itemization here is good for generic ranged DPS and mana-dependent characters, but not especially good with Sivir. The main reason is that
Also, lately I prefer philosopher's stone as a starter item instead of getting
With call of the hunt,
I just like being able to avoid spamming Volley on Ashe all together, unless I get a manamune (which I used to do a lot). Tiamat allows for this with its splashy-ness
Trin force on Sivir? I get the tiamat thing, it makes farming go soooooooooooooo fast, but Sivir with trin force makes no sence as activating ricochet won't proc it....I can see where it could sort of, almost work, but it would be under VERY specific circumstances...
If you want a reliable slow: go for Frozen Mallet instead because it slows on EVERY hit (even if it gives very little AD), Get a Rylai's so Boomerang Blade has a slow (This is sort of a playing vs. ****ty team suggestion), or get a Randuin's Omen or Hextech which have a slowing actives.
As an aside: Ashe may not need mana regen, but Tiamat makes it so she can farm w/o Volleying every time it comes out of CD, so it's a really great item for her.
I might rethink this guide soon, or just archive it. It's sort of old and I've played some since then. I had been using Ricochet mostly for farming, and if your ASpeed is high, Trinity slows reliably enough and ups the damage rate so much more with crits and so on.
The couple of times I played
I've since grown to prefer philosopher's stone for MP5, and then moving on to the core build. The stone + a BF Sword are about the same as a Tiamat, except you lose the splash (not that helpful) and are closer to completing a big item.
I kind of like
