Hey, I was looking up the tooltip, and it says that 
Spear Shot doesn't technically crit on enemies below 15% hp. It just deals 150% damage, so that amount won't be increased by stuff like Infinity Edge or Lethality. Something to note.

I think Heartseeker Strike needs to be a little stronger all around.
I'd like lower cooldown. It's not quite as "constantly strike targets" the patch preview made it seem.
Maybe something like 7 / 6.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 5
The early game cooldown is especially depressing. 10 seconds between each set of measly 3 HSS attacks. :/
