Problem is, I rarely have mana problems, so I do not want to use mana/5 runes. HP/lvl might be an option... I also do not feel the need of Armor or Magic Resist, if anyone comes to focus me I will die anyways, I prefer some extra attack.
But well, I assume you put a lot of hard work and research into that guide, so I will surely consider your suggestions. I would like to know why you think AD/lvl runes suck, because I like them. I can agree that flat AD runes might be better.
Also, flat AD quints > Armor Pen quints?

Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration (AD carries don't usually built mp5)

Otherwise just go with Searz' suggestions. AD/lvl runes suck because by the time they actually scale up to "high" levels, the bonuses they give are so marginal that it barely makes any difference. If you want AD runes, the most you should get is flat AD quints.

If you don't want mana-reg then you should just get MR glyphs. They're not primarily for teamfights, they help a TON in the lane, that's why you'll want them.

Armor penetration is better in earlygame, midgame and lategame. AD/lvl runes are always worse than ArP runes. Why would you ever use them?

On most carries that build crit items, yes. That includes Vayne and Caitlyn.
AD quints give HUGE early damage and scales nicely with crit builds (unlike other builds). They fall off a little in mid/lategame, but that early advantage and the fact that it makes lasthitting easier is just too good to pass imo.

This^^ except I would get Armor Pen Quints too. Who doesn't want 31 armor penetration at level one essentially doing true damage.
