Yeah my ping when I start literally starts spiking @ 300~500+ before I even get in, on a good day it's 100+, same for when I get in, skills raise my latency, team fights freeze my comp for a second or two, delayed walking all the time.
I don't know why but my computer loves identifying my internet 24/7...

I swear, those are the worst possible things to say alls it does is bring bad luck.
And for the love of god if you are not good at jungling then go practice it in normal or even bot games first. Because believe it or not it is not a NECESSITY to have one in a ranked game.

Yers. I was not in LA however. People in LA would generally have 20 ping or lower. Sometimes even like 5-7 ping :P
totally makes me want to go move next to the Riot offices >.>
Nothing's wrong with 150 ping most of the time, adon, but there are huge lag spikes in some games.
Optimum for me would be around 50-100, when I play at 150 there are times I feel like i'm playing more at 300 or 500...
