I'd also agree that [[evasion]] is a pretty bad mastery. It's not the worst, but it isn't fantastic compared to other stuff in defense.[/quote]

From experience, AoE targets a set/unlimited amount of opponents in a set area without aiming for anyone specifically. IMO Eve's Spikes should be called cleaving and Sona's Q sth like multi-shooting/targeting. And also IMO not counting as AoE for things like Rylai's. But at least Sona's Q would be way to strong porcing single-target slow, same for Heimer's rockets. If it wasnt for the AA on-hit proc of F.Mallet, Rylai's would also apply AoE slow on it.[/quote]

Hate Spike is AOE, since it affects an area around Eve. It doesn't really matter that much, though. Eve is terribad.[/quote]
