It's a mastery I pretty much always take on tanky guys. Always.

It's actually really good. Not even just kinda good.

Yep. You're right about that. The problem is that Hardiness and Resistance are just as strong as honor guard, just better early and worse late. Is terribad.

Nothing crazy about that. Riot ****ed up the balance. That's a viable choice until they fix it.

Just gonna correct your math here.

It reduces the damage the armor of towers reduce by 1%. So you get 3 damage at 300AD, not 100. It's 1 extra damage per 100AD.
Demolitionist gives 3 damage after tower armor.

Siege Commander is good on solo laners that push hard.
The armor reduction on towers really adds up when you get a full wave of minions there.

You call me ignorant, and when I say the exact same words back you can't handle it. The exact, same, words.

You need a serious self evaluation. Take some time out and think about the way you interact with people. You are wrong with frequency and you don't like being disagreed with because you've made a chart that supports your claim about LoL economics and efficiency, and you feel that gives you the right to treat people the way you please. Flippantly disrespectfully disregarding the opinions and statements of any player who you think is "Below" you. I don't know if it's because you're a 1500-1600 player, or if it's because you're a vet, or if it's just your own arrogant personality, and quite honestly I don't care why you act the way you do.

You are not above anybody. You do not have the right to call people ignorant and throw a fit when they say it right back. You are not better than me. Your opinion does not carry more weight than mine.

PS; You're not asking me nicely, you're calling me a **** and saying I ignore the "Facts" that you present. Okay, so, you have 225 armor right?

So, your 300 AD does 300*(100/325)= 92.3076923 Damage.

Now, if the tower has 215 armor...

Your 300 AD does 300*(100/315)= 95.2380952 Damage.

If we do 95.2380952/92.3076923, we get 1.03174603, a three PERCENT increase.

I was wrong when i said "it's the same as the +10 damage to turrets mastery" but i wasn't wrong with what i said about it being 3 damage per 100 ad. I wasn't really thinking, nasty flu and all.

It's worth 3 AD at 100 AD.

It's a 3 percent increase, no matter how many people are there.

Minions aren't a lot of damage right?

You know how, when you have a bunch of vamp scepters, but you do 50 damage a hit, and you get no life steal?

Siege commander works kind of like that.

It turns the 10 damage the the minions do, into 10.3 damage.

It's not anything more than 3%.

I wouldn't skill Siege Commander if all other skillable masteries wouldn't be so ****...
