Active items

[/quote] The only two items that create damage would be DFG, SotD (though that item might as well not exist), Gunblade, and maybe Shurelya's. Shurelya's, Zhonya's and Wriggle's (that are bought far more than DFG and Gunblade) are more defensive, so no. The fact that items have effects really passes off something else, too. Take DFG. You can get DFG and have the active, or you could get a Deathcap and do damage all the time and not in bursts. It really depends on the effect, though.[/quote]
