When you go to play a solo top, and your teammate says "I'm jungling." and locks in fiddlesticks without smite.
When you pick Janna and go to bot lane to support the Caitlyn, and you find Caitlyn went mid and you're stuck with the Katarina that can't last hit.
When you pick Nocturne jungle and your teammate picks WW jungle in the last 2 seconds.
You play Kennen mid, and their Ahri is pushing the lane and keeping you pretty well under the tower. Then your jungler, who is playing Shaco, decides to NOT gank your lane when she is pushed up to the turret and not level 6, and instead goes top lane and gives the solo top a double kill.
You pick Janna cause your team needs a support, and you get AP Kog as your laning partner. AP Kog then gets Tear of the Goddess as his first item, and spams his ultimate until he it out of mana. He then recalls to get more mana and spams his ult until he is out of mana again. Thus, he contributes nothing to teamfights, and keeps verbally abusing the rest of the team for dying in 4v5's.
