Phoenix Udyr vs Tiger Udyr, TOP LANE

[/quote] Lots of things can, be yeah. o: Parrticularly in jungle and bot lane. Mid lane too to a certain extent. Buying MR can often be necessary mid lane. But solo top lane is generally the exception, where you have to occasionally pull a weird stick out of your ass and do something out of the ordinary to win or stay relevant in strange scenarios :P[/quote]

Or perhaps a specific team comp, either your team or your enemy's team means that you want to push and counter jungle inbetween waves, Phoenix is better for that.[/quote]
