Match-ups Critique

I agree with PSI that there is a lot more being said in these paragraphs than answers given, if that makes any sense. I really really like that you list off the spell icons at the top though, I'm probably gonna steal that for mine :)
Your writing feels like you are talking to the reader, which is good, but it also just has a lot of filler. I can't talk much because as you can see below, I write a lot in mine...
"Usually around level 3 or 4, Ahri will have another ability to watch out for. This one is called Charm and it really causes trouble early and late game. It is another skill-shot that shoots farther than Orb of Deception. If you are hit, your champion will slowly walk to Ahri, entranced. When Ahri lands a charm, she unleashes a full combo and it may be the end of you, if you don't have full health. However, it is easier to avoid this skill-shot. Charm stops at the first enemy it hits, including minions and your Decoy. It's a good idea to stay behind the farm unless you're engaging."
Could be more like:
"
Ahri's
Charm, though also a skill shot that can be dodged, is extremely dangerous because of the taunt it casts on the first enemy unit hit. If you are hit with
Charm then it is likely that you will get hit by
Ahri's full arsenal and will be walking with a limp for awhile... Keep moving, never hold still, hide behind minions, and if all else fails, use your
Warrior Trickster so as to avoid the taunt and the impending damage you are likely to otherwise take."
Mine is about a line and a half shorter *judging off of pre published quick reply box, but still gets all of the information across, while still having a bit of personality.
Also tehAsian has a good idea in using the spoilers. I love spoilers and use them primarily in my champion matchup section. The only reason I would see that you shouldn't do this would be if you were actually creating a separate guide, and then I would just name each chapter after the champion that you are writing about.
Here is an example of how I have formatted my champion matchup section:
For In-depth Information to use when facing Ahri Click Here
For In-depth Information to use when facing Akali Click Here
It looks better in the guide, but still just shows you how someone else is doing the same thing. I cover a lot of information in my matchups and that's why I decided to use the spoiler coding. The guide would appear so much longer if I didn't use it and it allows the reader the option to see the information they want to instead of having to scroll through the information they don't.
Note: it is possible to center the text for the spoiler title, but if you do then all of the contents in the spoiler would be centered as well. For this reason I chose not to , but you could since you have chosen to center that text anyways :)

Should do what I do monkey; (Pulled from my guide)
CHO'GATH, THE TERROR OF THE VOID
Difficulty: 5/10
This is either a really easy opponent or a really hard one, depending on the player. Cho'Gath is fairly easy to fight in the sense that his moves are fairly obvious and easy to dodge. Rupture is one of the most obvious and easy to dodge moves in the game, but Cho'Gath players know this and generally look to see how you dodge and change how they use the move. Don't be too predictable. Be wary of Cho'Gath's Vorpal Spikes. They hurt when you're near his auto attacks. When he gets his ultimate, Feast. Have your jungler come in whenever he gets stacks. If he gets big, he's scarier and hard to kill, but if you shut him down and deny him stacks, he's actually kinda cute. :3 Also be aware that he can do the same thing you do, execute. If you're low on health he may Feast you. You don't wanna be a snack.
Summary: Dodge Rupture, Deny him stacks of Feast, Fight like a gentleman
Suggested Early items: Mercury's Treads Negatron Cloak, Chain Vest
Suggested Late Game items: Madred's Bloodrazor, The Black Cleaver, Last Whisper
Give the reader some info if they wanna be thorough, but give them a summary if they want quick tips.

I don't believe that this is going overboard. You want to give people all the information they need to play the champion to its potential, and if someone is overconfident or scared out of their minds for no reason, that doesn't help one reach the champion's potential.
i find the amount just right.
keep up the good work~

Go into as much detail as you like, but don't waste the reader's time. Keep the actual writing as short as possible and pack in as much information as you want. You don't want to ramble on a section this big (I assume you're going to cover a lot of matchups).
