They should really do something with Bilgewater Cutlass as that is not such a bad item for an AD at all.
And if I understood it correctly Jayce will indeed start with his ult. *thinks about Karma and wonders if Jayce will be so underrated and underplayed too*
But he looks like fun, but can't say if OP or not before I see him in game and take a look at the ratios on his skills.
