Bloodrazor is not a good item really.
4% of 5-6K HP with 150 MR boils down to about 1.5% of their HP. That's about 90 bonus damage, max. It also doesn't give you a ton of resistances to go Demacia-Dunking and survive. YOu also don't need a ton of AS because of your
Demacian Standard putting you at about 1.5 AS endgame. Even without any AS items.
Wit's End is fine but I usually have
Banshee's Veil instead. Gives me more AD and better resists overall.

The point of
Wit's End is because of the AS and magic damage. I do understand your reasoning on
Madred's Bloodrazor though. Although that 90 magic damage is still decent, + even more AS and some AD in there as well. I may swap it out though for a better resistance item.

No, no, no. You're misunderstanding my bloodrazor complaints. That's 90 damage on someone with 6000 HP. 90 damage per attack is not going to help at all unless you attack a lot. You don't really have the resists to do that either. :/

With the complete build (with

3090 Health
251 Armor
126 Magic Resist (Low)
1.9 Attack Speed
238 Attack Damage
I think that's tanky enough to be in the center of the team, especially with

Edit: But I do see what you're saying, hold off on the Madred's unless they're rolling around with 5000 health and 0 resistances.

There's no staple build on a character. However on-hit builds are stupid on most champs who are unable to stick on their targets. Only champ I can think of that uses on-hit well is
Shyvana because her W lets her stick on to melee targets.
I don't think it'd work well on Jarvan.
Well I mean sure you can build it and it'd work, but why would you when your Q and R have great AD scaling and your passive is phys damage?

I figured, hey
Frozen Mallet is already a great item and keeps him on his target, and
Dragon Strike to a
Demacian Standard is a great way to keep them trapped/catch up. Oh well, thanks everyone.

I was thinking a week ago I should try building on-hits on
I'd start out in top lane with
TL;DR
How does this build work? Am I carrying too many minor items, not enough damage at X point of time? Most of my games have resulted in victories unless I got completely countered in lane D: I've been able to farm really well with
