Flash is a broken spell and just an excuse to make bad plays/decisions!
I mean the game in general, not Flash.

A new meta, not a new game. It's a radical change, but I think it's definitely for the good.

Yes, Flash certainly has the biggest impact on the game of all the summoner spells, but I really doubt it would make people better or worse at the game. It would certainly disturb the balance of all things for sure. I don't know, overall I'm against removing it., I find it more satisfying to flash in to secure a kill than just igniting them and walking away.

Flash does not prevent ballzy plays.
It encourages ballzy play.
Flash allows you to be somewhat overextended and offensively trade with an opponent whereas not having flash would make this stupid and dangerous.
Good players don't just die in 1v1s, they die to unexpected things, flash adds a possibility for unexpected things to happen(jungler flashes over the wraith wall or annie flash tibberstunning you). Yes, flash is a out of jail free card, but that out of jail free card is what makes you go that extra mile to actually play agressive.
Whenever i play mid my whole game changes when my flash is on CD. (i play kata, akali and anivia) I know that i as all of thoose 3 characters am safe with flash thus can i actually go into melee range and actively harrass the enemy, whenever the location of the enemy jungler is unknown to me and my flash is on cooldown i don't do this stuff simply because i know it might get me killed.
