Everything being removed either deserves it, or is getting replaced because no one built it or used it to a good standard. For example,
Heart of Gold was completely stupid in laning. You could build it on EVERYONE and still do well. Heck, the only role that wasn't building a
Heart of Gold on the map was the AD carry.
Force of Nature was giving high sustain to champions that shouldn't have it. Why should
Singed have 40HP regen per second; it's not like he has a built in heal. That's why they're buffing
Spirit Visage - because it emphasizes the things you have, but doesn't add them.
Rejuvenation Bead and
Meki Pendant were far too redundant - they built into a few items, but no one bought them for anything useful.
Regrowth Pendant and
Faerie Charm are probably more cost effective, build into more useful items, have more build paths and people actually buy them as starting items in some cases.
Ionic Spark is being removed because there's already items that SHOULD be doing what
Ionic Spark does. For example, if you wanted to splitpush, you should be building
Tiamat (which is being buffed). If you want to deal on-hit damage with attack speed and defenses, you build a
Wit's End. These items were redundant in most cases because
Ionic Spark was simply better.
Obviously,
Madred's Bloodrazor was pretty damn useless. It was kind of expensive, didn't really have a build path suitable on many champions, and no one actually wanted it.
Guardian Angel was completely broken anyway. It's simply so strong that pretty much everyone gets it. You manage to take down the 4k HP, 200 armour and magic resist
Irelia that was completely destroying your entire team, and suddenly she's revived with 800HP, to continue destroying it. Also, it wasn't really specific to any role - it wouldn't be surprising if there was 3 or 4
Guardian Angel's on the team at 60 minutes into the game. In fact, at about 30 minutes, you'll already see one, accompanied by a
Trinity Force on the majority of top laners.

Yep pd losing attack speed and movement speed
I think putting movement speed to 10% would be good and attack speed to around 45 maybe just 10 off. Honestly you dont want over nerf it since its already been nerfed.
Also keep in mind there adding items for adc's it wont be just pd, ie, bt, lw, pd and ga as final adc build which right now is best and only way to go.

Not really; how often do you fight near minions or get body blocked by someone?
Might save your *** once in every 50 games or so, but it by no means makes up for less MS.
