Frozen Mallet isn't a great item on Riven. She has great sticking power and offers more damage potential than utility. Mallet is an item for tanky champions to stick to carries until they die, Riven is supposed to use her mobility to jump on them, kill them and get out before she's focused down. If you want general survivability, Warmog's Armor is actually a more favored defensive item now.
I'm very surprised to see the absence of Last Whisper in your cheatsheets. Cleaver + Whisper is pretty standard on most AD casters and assassins right now. Since the changes to armor and magic pen, stacking these two items completely tears through tank armor.
Wriggle's Lantern is completely awful on laners. Don't ever build it.
I wouldn't recommend Legendary Armor with so few defensive items. Get Defender , Tenacious or Relentless instead.
Sorcery is stronger than Fury , especially since you'll be spacing out your autoattacks between abilities rather than just straight DPSing.
Tough Skin makes zero sense in lane.
Starting Boots is generally frowned upon now. Try an 11 pot + ward start for lots of sustain. Long Sword + 2 pots or Doran's Blade can work too. I've found 11 pot to be the most reliable start for manaless top laners. The early ward is also pretty crucial since a lot of junglers like to camp top early since there are monstrous amounts of wards in bot lane and mid lane is difficult to gank without a really good gap closer.
I see no mention of Ionian Boots of Lucidity. They are by far the strongest offensive boots for Riven. If you don't need tenacity and aren't against a Xin Zhao or something and need tabi, CDR boots are really strong.
Atma's Impaler is bad, I wouldn't recommend it. Just get Randuin's if you need armor.
Ghost and Heal are both pretty bad on Riven, I wouldn't mention them. You could consider Barrier though, that might work.
Pretty sure Nasus isn't a hard matchup. Olaf sure is though. You might be overestimating Shen a tad. Why the heck is Nocturne here?
Sorry.
That's not what I mean.
The downvote was rash, sorry, and what I mean is that if you want to play safe, starting cleaver into Bloodthirster isn't a good idea.
Also, most people max Q last, which is smarter normally.
I max Q now mainly because of Black Cleaver. However if I'm going for a tankier build due to losing lane or not really winning it I go for W first. Please..read the whole guide. I've put optional items when losing and winning and optional skill orders for a reason. I don't put them there just for decorations.

Ehhhh, the items make no sense at all, also you stated you go 9/21/0 to get a defensive start, still you get agressive items at start.
Oh rly? Do try the build and then comment on it. If you go 21/9 you can get a more easily early on but if you fail you'll just screw your lane up.
I will have to disagree with your main choise for boots enchantments becouse the +15 MS boots are better in my opinion becouse like u said riven is very mobile and can get up to enemies easyly but when enemies are not close u have to close in, with the 12% on hit you gain nothing from that and the second that you are in range becouse u walked faster already becouse of the 15 ms bonus they can't get away anyways becouse of your knockup/stunn and the item build is a bit too tanky to be really good at riven imo. but keep up the work
Okay so ..I don't really understand what you're trying to say cause it's a poorly written text wall. Something about the enchantment I see. I already mentioned in the item build that you can go alacrity if you don't like Furor cause both are good.
And the build too tanky? The core items for it are Bloodthirster and Black Cleaver. That's like 300 AD for you. And Ravenous Hydra is also mentioned as a good item if you really want more damage. With it you have like 400 AD. You want more damage than that? Plus the tankier items (excluding Guardian Angel) are put in as optional.
Seems to me like your vote was premature and you voted without reading the whole guide. You voted just by looking at the cheat sheet. Please try the build, read the whole guide and then vote instead of voting without reading.
