Revised the guide. I finally took Shurelya's (I still dislike it, buuuuut it makes more sense to take Flash and Exhaust, which is one less reason towards taking the flask (if only I could stack Philo's passive QQ))

I still need to revise the Items Chapter of the guide butIneedtogettoclass.

Re: above comment
Banshee's Veil is a great defensive item too, to block CC skillshots aimed at your carry. Plus MR. MR is nice. Iceborn, while often taken as an offensive item, works well with BC b/c of the mechanic of E. Removed the 2nd Kindle since I removed Zeke's.

I'm not going to go too in depth but I'll point out some things I think can be improved in a friendly, constructive way.

You take either Heal or Exhaust. Both are good, but you need Flash. It will save you if you get caught out and it's good for flash grabs.

You need to change your seals. I recommend armor, but gold is fine too.

You can't start Crystalline Flask with that many wards anymore. It might be worth adding how to start Faerie Charm.

Eleisa's Miracle is okay if you're running Heal but it's not recommended by most.

You should consider Mobility Boots on Blitz. Helps with roaming, warding and positioning for hooks.

Don't have more than one Kindlegem on you at a time. The 10% CDR does not stack. Build your Shurelya's Battlesong then a Locket of the Iron Solari. Or vice versa.

Zeke's Herald is quite situational. Not as good as it was Season 2 imo but still good on heavy AD comps.

Banshee's Veil and Iceborn Gauntlet are offensive Blitzcrank items and I don't consider them that great for a support. Frozen Heart is a worthwhile alternative, it's up to you though.

Max Rocket Grab, and not Power Fist. You want it off CD as much as possible.

You could also consider putting more points into your Defense tree. A good Blitzcrank is tanky.

Finally, Kage's Lucky Pick isn't a bad choice on Blitzcrank once you've got some resilience because of his good AP scaling. Twin Shadows is also a scary item on him.

Hope some of this helps.

Okay, I added a BIG section regarding shields (that still isn't done yet). I'm going to need a lot of help on this one because I'm not experienced. I'm trying to get shield counters into this guide to help with carries. Let me know what to edit.

ALSO, I would like to add images of the shields' particle effects if possible. If you want to help, start image dropping XD I'll do this by myself, but it may take a while since I own very few of these champions.

Slowly adding in images. I'm taking it a little at a time XD

I do like that they include the

because SO many sites would never allow us to embed stuff lol

Mkay, I'll replace with scaling health then. I kinda like that +350 HP. The scaling armor amounts to +50 armor, but I think the HP will do better.

It's also a learning experience to write a guide and helps us become better players. And we all started as noobs one point in time. Welcome to Mobafire DKitten.

Gold Quints are good but Double armor is unnecessary. Yellow scaling health or armor. need pictures and lane synergy. Also you need to discuss his biggest counter Alistar as everyone has him. The lack of pictures made me cringe as a reader. You have too many wall's of text. And you discuss items that aren't mentioned in your build. You need to add situational items in your chapters and items.

That's true, and I agree. I don't think people who don't know what they're talking about should write guides. But I also think if they do write a guide and they didn't know what they were talking about, nothing should prevent them from becoming better.

Not to mention that a lot of people get the impression that a guide should be more-or-less right the first time it's published, which actually isn't the case. A bad guide can still become good, after all.

Strongly disagree.

If a person who has no idea wtf they're talking about makes a guide, they're just a blind person leading the blind.

Some people just don't like to be wrong. A guide to them is just a way of saying 'I'm better than you, let me show you how'.

Not to mention that a lot of people get the impression that a guide should be more-or-less right the first time it's published, which actually isn't the case. A bad guide can still become good, after all.

With all the recent changes in S3, people are looking to other people for guidance and only want what's going to make their game better immediately.

But you seem to find enjoyment in exploration, especially improving at your own pace, whether it be gameplay or theorycrafting. That is to be commended.

You know, last season, Blitzcrank was one of my top 2 mains in ranked (the other being Leona) and I just love finding out new things in S3. Last season was pretty much the same damn build no matter what support you took. The game for a support was pretty much static. S3 changes really got the game moving, especially for supports.
