Champions with low health pools and resistances are more susceptible to burst and die as a result, while tankier champions can just . . . tank it, slap you, and walk away because they build health and resistances to counter your damage. As an AP caster, magic pen reds, health per level seals, flat magic resist glyphs, and ap quints are ideal against ap mids.
