Looks like she's going to be an okay ADC. With an AS steroid passive, a and a blind, she will likely outtrade most other ADCs (with the exception of graves perhaps) during the early stages of the game.
However, her (imo) pretty poor AD scaling will leave her midgame weak. Her ult doesn't seem too good as an ADC. It's just too risky to use other than to chase enemies or escape battle.
HOWEVER
I believe that bruiser Quinn would be pretty viable! Bruiser quinn will be able to most effectively make use of quinn's abilities. Quinn will get a gap closer, super good attack speed, a blind, and a movement speed steroid that prevents her from being kited.
Thoughts on bruiser Quinn?
I think it'll replace bruiser Nidalee
