Next,
When was the last time you updated the core items in the Hybrid Items section; because Guinsoo's Rageblade really just doesn't work on Nidalee.
Your core items are steady but the "Finish your build with two from these" section is just... the thought of considering Liandry's Torment , Rylai's Crystal Scepter , or Rod of Ages is so sketch. Rod of Ages is okay I supopose, but the other two are just something you would never in a life time build on Nidalee no matter what style your playing her as.
The layout is good though i'll give you that.
All in all this guide needs a lot of work / to be updated.
A Faerie Charm, 3 Health Potions, 3 Mana Potions and a Sight Ward as your starting items gives you hilarious sustain, even more than a Mordekaiser with 10 Health Potions. I've gone 20 minutes into a game without having to go back once.
Guinsoo's Rageblade isn't really that great of an item unless on a hybrid-AS champion like Warwick or Jax. I would suggest getting something like a Hextech Gunblade for similar stats, or possibly a Youmuu's Ghostblade. Also, Trinity Force is a somewhat more hybrid-ish item, and could actually be combined quite effectively with a Rageblade.
I've found that Nidalee hardly benefits at all from Defense masteries, but 29 in offense does seem like a little much. You could possibly distribute points evenly between the 4th and 5th tiers, and then throw a few in to the utility branch.
The AP build is basically perfect. Yet again, though, I would recommend the previously-stated start unless you're facing someone like Lux or Ahri, who's abilities are all (or mostly) skillshots.
EDIT: Originally said 2 sight wards in the starting items....
