Fixed that for ya.
The problem is, Twitch really can only pubstomp, but against teams that ward properly and have decent map awareness: you won't be any worth for your team.
I agree with Diesel, in his current form, Twitch is really only good for pub stomps (where people don't know how to counter) and kill stealing.... Yeah. It happens a lot unfortunately.

I kind of disagree with the whole, Twitch is only good for pubstomps. I've won many games as Twitch in ranked, getting only 1-2kills early on. Not a lot of feed, but prioritizing the big items in your build still makes him deadly. You just have to know how to play him...
Wards? - Counter ward.
"Twitch MIA"- His ability to constantly go stealth for 10/20/30/40/50 seconds at a time gives the enemy team the sense that they could be ganked. Just sit in your lane stealthed, let their mid call mia like 4 times, and they usually won't bother calling you MIA since they think that it's a waste of time trying to keep calling MIA on you when you've been in the lane all this time!
He actually requires more SKILL to play now. WHOA, skill? Explain Xai. You need to know when to stealth at the right time since the nerf to his stealth time. How long to stay in stealth to get the AS Boost. How long you can stretch your Debilitating Poison, naturally know how far your Expunge reaches, and to aim and position Twitch correctly with his limited shots of Spray and Pray.
TL;DR- Mind tricks, use it. Wards? Counter Ward. Oracles? Get your team to kill them.
Twitch is still very strong. Just because he's been 'nerfed'. Quite the contrary, he's actually been buffed! He just takes more skill.

Stopped reading there (I lied, I read the whole thing). Haven't played ranked yet but I'd estimate my normal ELO to be around 1400 give or take 100. The Twitch's I see stay in the relative area and wait for their team to do all the damage and then and then steal all the kills, often resulting in the enemy team complaining to us about their Twitch. Most players care too much about KDR, It's a very sad sight =(
Glad to hear you play him well, certainly a champion that takes some skill to play well now.
And yeah, I too noticed that the most recent "nerfs" were actually buffs.

I'm on one team, with my buddy who plays Shen and another friend who plays Akali.
The other team consists of a Veigar, a Tryndamere, a Sion, and a Master Yi.
I'll be honest with you - the strongest players are me, Shen, Veigar, and Tryndamere, in that order. Akali, Master Yi, and Sion all have pretty bad summoners behind the wheel. So the game promised to be comical, with lots of feeding.
Long story short - I decide to go Twitch, because what better character is there for carrying a team? Maybe Mordekaiser, but he wasn't free this week.
I ended the game something like 36/4/5, with most of my deaths being caused by Tryndamere. Eventually we just CC'd him enough that he didn't make a difference.
I got so many ganks off successfully and in the end, we just managed to barely ace them and push their base.
Banshee's Veil saved my *** so many times from Veigar stuns, Sion stuns, and Tryndamere slows.
Really fun game. Twitch is OP - but only against feeders. GG.
