Morgana: Wow, this champion exists?

I agree with the statement that she is better top lane currently. She can then build more tanky while still remaining a threat.[/quote]

I doubt [[black shield]] negates that and I also doubt that [[black shield]] would be strong enough to survive a [[dazzle]] + [[radiance]] + [[shatter]] combo I think [[Morgana]] mid is still a safe afk farm pick that is [b]ridicously[/b] strong in teamfights. I agree with whoever said rush [[chalice of harmony]] on her. [[zhonya's hourglass]] is also a build-as-soon-as-possible-holy-sheet item. And I disagree that she does ''waaaaay less damage than other AP mids''. Every single time I see a good [[morgana]], she does retarded damage. Like, binding + tormented soil + ult = 100% of your HP over 3 seconds. I'm like. What can I do?[/quote]
