Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

God every time I really dislike a comment it turns out to be Pheyneix. I don't like him/you. Runaan's Hurricane is a noob item (that explains why he builds it on 3 people I guess) and doesn't belong on anyone. I don't think I've ever seen it built in high elo or competitive play.

Most of those people haven't seen mobafire in a while. Not long ago the site was pretty noobish imo, its gotten a lot better pretty fast because of all these featured / high elo players (:
