Poppy top and in the jungle. He'd rather top though. He still does the stack armor runes/masteries/items early, afk farm, get Trinity Force + Hextech Gunblade and kill anything you want.It works in challenger. You just gotta believe and anything you want works.

So basically I sat under the tower at low HP, Fiora devies me at full hp, I kill her and survive. People often forget about Poppy passive, dmg and stun.
The match was ****, though. Enemy team kept flaming me for hacking, while my team kept flaming me for taking kills. >_>

This is from 3.10 patch. Omigi, this is so huge for
Poppy, because the "brief" stutter was actually about 1.5-2s long and happened rather frequently.
