I believe I should've reviewed your guide on my old review shop, sorry that I wasn't able to do it back then.
I don't like sion, I personally think he is useless, so I cannot tell you too much about him.

Things to add:
Matchups would be a good addition to the guide.

Things to change:
Your cheat sheet looks super messy - having 10 offensive options is pretty much saying 'yeah you can use anything'. You should scratch some options to make it easier to use.
Zephyr shouldn't be an optional on an easily kited champion like Sion - you should always hold on to your boots.
Sion is not monstrous late game at all. He is a mid-game champion because he's too easily kited to be useful. Cleanse his stun and burst him down before he reaches any high-value targets. His power lies in midgame skirmishes.
Banshee's Veil should not be a viable MR choice for sion because the spellshield is quite useless on a melee champion, it will get wasted on the first random spell that comes your way.

Things to consider:
If 19/0/11 is not the best setup, you shouldn't take it. Your preferred choice should always be your best page (or at least in your opinion). Atm you're saying 'I'm not telling you how to play sion to his maximum potential'.
Concerning masteries, I would also consider taking 9/21/0 for the tenacity/slow reduction.
I am wondering what you think of the following build: Atma's Impaler, Warmog's Armor, Spirit Visage, Ravenous Hydra plus a random AD item (IE, BT, etc) - not in specific order. I'm not saying this is optimal but I'm just wondering.

My rating: 0 (= neutral)
Overall it is a decent guide, but that's about it. I cannot tell much about itemization on sion because I've never played him before (and he's never seen in ranked games as well), but it looks fine to me.
By the way, if you want to get views, you should not hold onto this version of the guide, You're stuck at 59% and it is highly unlikely that this will change anytime soon because barely anyone will look at a guide rated this low (even though it is only because you have 4 votes)

As I told you I am not a Sion player so I don't know about item choices and that **** but there are so many AD laners that max their magic damage dealing ability first. You know why I love both Aatrox and Lee Sin? Because they can make a really early firstblood. Like you, a lot of people think Tempest / Cripple deals a little damage so they find it not a problem to get hit by it. If you get hit by it, he can auto you which deals quite a lot of damage too(you can't trade). That will make you fall back a little and he will hit 2 before you and get his Q, what does that mean? Easy firstblood. Kind of same story with Aatrox. If you can't block that damage then you are as good as dead.

1: I disagree with this, but I find it to be personal preference. I have stated why I prefer to take Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist over their flat counterparts. Sorry, but I wil not be changing this. Also, as for Tempest, its damage is quite low early on, and (as far as I know) generally isn't maxed first, but I am unsure.
2: I was sure I mentioned that. Thanks!
3: Completely forgot to change that part earlier. Thanks!
4: I understand why you suggest those two items, but neither of them are very good on him; I'll try to explain why.
Sunfire Aegis: You recommend it as it gives decent defensive stats, and the aura is helpful for splitpushing. Defensively, it is outclassed by Randuin's Omen, which gives better stats; Sion is best if built with a large amount of offense, so he generally only has room for one or two defensive items, generally one for armor and one for magic resist. Therefore, if he gets a defense item, it needs to give him as much defense as possible. Second, he does not need it for splitpushing because of Ravenous Hydra.
Wit's End: This is not a very good option for Sion either, mostly for the same reasons as Sunfire Cape. As an offensive item, I find Wit's End best on champions that deal noticeable sustained magic damage and use attack speed effectively; Sion only fits the latter. As a defensive item, I find that it does not give enough defense to be useful on most.
5: Yeah, I probably could've worded that better. Thanks!

Anyways, thank you for reviewing my guide. I'll make some changes based on what you've pointed out.

+1!
Your guide is overally good, I am not a Sion player myself but according to my basic knowledge I will tell you what I find wrong:
1. ALWAYS take Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, not only against AP champions? Why? Take for instance Aatrox. Both his Blades of Torment and his Massacre deal MAGIC DAMAGE therefore if building only armor against him he can easily use Blades of Torment on you until you are low enough to be considered a kill, same for Lee Sin's Tempest / Cripple.
2. You should mention taking Ignite against HIGH HEALING targets such as Aatrox, Dr. Mundo(not seen often on top lane), Master Yi and so on.
3.
Quoted:
As long as you have Cannibalism ready to use, no champions can stand and fight you and win.

Sorry for using Aatrox yet once again but against him in a 1 v 1, he can wreck you to pieces if he Ignites you right after the stun of Cryptic Gaze. Another good example is Kha'Zix as he deals a lot of damage but not only those two can fight you, A LOT of champions out there can duel Sion because his ult gets demolished by Ignite.
4. Since you said Sion is about splitpushing for a part of the game, you might want to consider Sunfire Aegis as a viable purchase because of its passive and I guess Wit's End may work too, who knows maybe against an Elise due to the low price and MR it gives you and it overally helps you in duels with the passive/AS and not only that but it helps you chunk down people faster.
5.
Quoted:
Once your jungler comes to gank, activate Death's Caress and stun your lane opponent with Cryptic Gaze.

Let's say you lane against me and I didn't take wards(which I tend to forget to buy). IF you would run to me to stun me with Cryptic Gaze and before that if you would activate Death's Caress WITHOUT any true reason, it would be obvious you are setting up a gank so I would either Flash or use any Flash-like ability to escape the wrath of the enemy jungler.
Please respond to the points I bringed out as some people whose guides I review don't respond to my review, they only think the vote is important.

Thank you for the review, Shadow.

Cheatsheet: I understand why you dislike the masteries; however, I feel that the extra 3% lifesteal, combined with lifesteal quints, helps to counteract Sion's negative sustain.

Content: I will add some explanations for a couple example builds to the guide later today; thanks! Also, I say nothing about maxing Death's Caress; I say to take it at level 1, then max it before Cryptic Gaze and AFTER Enrage. =p

Coding/Appearance: Thank you. Yes, the templates used were from jhoijhoi and PsiGuard. As for banners and other pictures, I'd include some, but I'm pretty bad at graphic editing.

Here's your review!

Cheatsheet 9/10
A very detailed cheatsheet. I think you are mentioning all the item options and several example builds what should be alright. Thought I don't agree with the masteries. It might be okay to skip the defense tree for some utility but if you are going for a rather offensive build 19 Points in offense is a no-go. If you take at least one crit item (e.g. Infinity Edge, Stattik Shiv, Atma's, whatever) you will really benefit from Frenzy much more than Vampirism . Dat 3% lifesteal isn't worth the 3 mastery points imo cause you get 100% from your ult.

Content 7/10
At the start it all Looks very good. You're explanations are long enough and your choices for runes and summoner spells are also okay, though I feel like AD Quints or even Health Quints could also be an option. I'm just not satisfied with your Item section. You mention all item choices but you don't say anything about a complete build or even the build order. I know you got it in your cheatsheet but you should also explain it in your guide.
Another thing I have noticed is that on your cheatsheet you are maxing E first what is imo the best choice. In the guide you say that you should max the shield first. Should never do that because maxing E allows you to stack up health very early and gives an advantage in trades and also helps with last hitting.
A part from that you aren't lacking of much. Overall the content is good.

Coding/Appearance 8/10
Your guide Looks very neat. You are using decent coding and I think I recognized some of the templates from somewhere else (:P). Of course you can still improve there but getting better at coding takes some time. Also you could add some artwork, you know like banners and stuff.
That's the only thing I could find to criticize.

Total Score 24/30
Overall this is a good guide. It is better than a lot of new guides here on MOBAFire. You can still make some improvements but your guide is really decent.

7 items in full build: I mentioned in the notes for both builds that Zephyr it to replace your boots late-game.
2nd/3rd starters (more than beginning gold, etc): You have to wait for 5 gold for the second starter, enough for you to get to lane or to leash in time. The third starter is 455 gold.
Zephyr is under boots/replacements, when Phantom Dancer > Zephyr, and Statikk Shiv < Zephyr. AD Movement item's groupings could be better: Phantom Dancer does no give tenacity. Zephyr is last because it is supposed to replace your boots late-game, as I said in the notes; I do agree with you on the last part, though.
Hard to follow: How?
Skill explanation of situation-specific scenarios (in-depth): Unneeded.
Masteries: I explained why the masteries are fine.
"Don't be afraid to use cannibalism to heal up in lane (...)" Also, don't be afraid to use fiddlestick's ult on minions! Um... Not the best implications: I'm just gonna pretend you never said this.
No explanation of alternative runes besides scaling MR: That's because they're the best option.

In regards to the Scaling MR glyps, flat MR glyphs will be more suitable when facing an AP top laner such as Teemo or Rumble.

Updated the guide. I've added Maw of Malmortius as a defensive item, made a little fix to the Summary, and removed a mention of Locket I forgot to get rid of when I first published the guide.

Thy sins
1. Boots of swiftness is a nono
2. Reduce your example build to 6 items. Just make an obvious note somewhere that you should sell boots later to get Zephyr.
3. Overdose of thanks to Jhoijhoi
4. "+ Strongest duelist in League" Yet he is kited so easily. The strongest duelist in game wouldn't be someone who can't reach his target now would he? :P
5. Found some oneline explanations in item section

Thy blessing
1. C2V
2. Fine build
3. Fine cheatsheet structure
4. All basics included
5. Fine use of structure

Result: Path of the Successor
Sorry for being so direct, I was writing a beautiful sins+blessings when google chrome suddenly decided to close itself.

Anyway, most things are minor, fix them and it should be 'k. Do expand your one-line explanations and you are good to go :D

Have fun :D
