I did derp on cs early quite a lot, but through some aggression onto [[Yorick]] I forced him to back and went to base with 50 cs against his 49 (gg, right?). Still have to watch the part where I hopelessly fall behind after he gets double buff (assuming that [i]did[/i] happen), but yeah, just wanted to clarify that. It does show me some things I should've done better though, not sure for example why I'd randomly miss cs early game on [[Renekton]], which is one of my most comfortable top lane champions atm. Edit: oh wow, after he got the double we both went to mid lane where he got a huge wave of minions while forcing me back to base with his poke and then he ran back top where a wave was pushing to his tower (but of course he was there in time), instantly giving him a 25-30 cs lead over me when we were even. I didn't realise that's why there was suddenly such a huge gap, and with him having double buff after I don't think there's much I could've done from then on.
