Basically it's blizzard giving hourly updates about them having no idea what they're doing and if they did they'd tell you.
Then once they realise the problem they don't wanna tell it to us, and just proceeds saying no news.
****py customer service if you ask me, imo they should just give access to all games regardless of verification until the authentication problem is solved and then they could just disable peoples games afterwards, but who am i to tell a milliondollar company how to be "good"
