Which ADC to get ???

Since I have been informed that I do not have a single ADC champion and that I should get one instead of getting another burst assassin (Rengar is the one I'm talking about), as my 16'th champion for ranked play, the champions I have in mind are ... Varus, Vayne, Draven and Ezreal.

Varus
I played him when he was free and really liked him, his combo of R>>AA>>E>>AA>>Q and his presence in teamfights was really strong due to his ulti and Q, only complaint was his lack of escapes and relative squishyness (but that is the problem with all ADC's, so not gonna bring that problem up again), he would be one of my top picks outoff the 4.

Vayne
Played her aswell when she was free and enjoyed it allot aswell, her endgame is unbelievably strong and her Q ability (though only when mastered) has the potential of allot of funny youtube videos, only complaints are that the range of her AA's is really short, she has a problem early game and she is REALLY squishy, also one of the top choices for me.

Anyone good at Chem?

I'm redoing a quiz from my Chem II course. I'm having trouble with one specific part of the problem.

Part 1) Find pH of a sol'n that is 0.50M HA (Ka = 1.2 x 10^-7) and 0.40 M NaA.
I calculated the pH using Handerson-H***elbalch:
pH = pKa + log (A-/HA)
pH = -log(1.2 x 10^-7) + log (0.40/0.50)
pH = 6.8

Part 2) Find pH at the equivalence point when 10mL of the above sol'n is titrated with 1.00M of NaOH (strong base).
I have no idea how to do this. I think the equivalence point is when [HA] = [A-], but I have no idea where to go from there. Help?

Part 3) What's the best indicator (given a chart) for the above titration?
This one will be no problem, since I'm just looking for a colorband that goes through the given pH approximately in the middle of the band.

====================================

Update: Here's what I eventually found:

I have (initially) 5 mmol of HA and 4 mmol of A- (via the NaA). Meaning that when I titrate, the sol'n with NaOH, the table looks like:

Top Facts: Karma

Karma has always been one of my favorite champions. Ever since the buff spam riot has been giving her since her rework she has had a huge power spike as a top laner and has become one of my go to top lane champions. I have been thinking of making a top lane karma guide but for now just decided I should get done her TOP FACTS.

Champion Overview:

Karma is a Support-Mage. She starts the game with very high damage numbers which allows her to be an aggressive bully (especially against champions with no range). Karma is a very strong duelist due to her amazing kiting abilities. When you factor in mantra to the karma equation Karma's kit becomes really strong. Karma will scale well into the late game due to her support style abilities.

Skills Overview:

Gathering Fire(passive)- Damaging enemy champions with abilities refreshes 2 seconds of Mantra's cooldown, and half that amount on basic attacks against enemy champions.

Karma's passive reduces the CD on her mantra by a few seconds …

Weight Loss Update 8/3/13

I think a couple of months ago I blogged about how I was unhappy with my weight. Well, five weeks ago I really started getting serious about my diet. When I started I was 116 pounds. Today I'm 107 pounds. I've lost nine pounds in five weeks. I know you may think 116 is not that much,but I'm short. I'm 4ft 7in and 116 pounds makes me looks chunky. My main goal is to get down to 95 pounds. That's how much I weighed when I graduated high school. I have been excising/working out everyday and eating better. I do have to say cutting out soda has helped a lot. It's made my skin clearer and the weight has been falling off since I've limited myself to one soda a week. I recently discovered a girl on Youtube that goes by the name of Blogilates. She has her own workout clothing line and such. She teaches you how to make good food. For example how to make pancakes out of an egg and a banana. Her work outs are fun. She also has a monthly meal plan. I don't do everything she says. I do eat chips,but…

Going to finish my seeding ...

T__________T

Right now I've played only 4 games and won two. I'm going to start Monday and play a game day so I can be ranked. I'm hoping I get in Silver,if not that is okay. As long as I'm not put below bronze II. The ranking system is weird. I will keep you updated starting Monday. I had a friend of mine who is in Diamond say they wanted to duo with me so I wouldn't be alone doing it and I just don't think that is fair,you know? If I got in to Diamond, it wouldn't be fair and I wouldn't have truly earned it.

I'm just really scared. I know myself I'm a good player, I just hate being yelled at and I don't trust other players to do well. I hate carrying a team to victory. I've also been practicing in normal games lately.

So yeah, Tiny is going to finish it ^-^

Bot lane warding & Predirecting ganks ?

Intro

Bot lane is not dependant on support and ADC taking kills. Since S3, junglers have played a huge role in the meta and is propably the best role to carry games at the moment. I'm going to talk and advice little of junglers presence in bot lane and how do you avoid getting ganked or how your lane gets more effective ganks. Read further for ward examples also, but let's first learn quickly about predirecting jungler ganks.

Predirecting ganks

1. Over-aggression
2. Sudden trades/ unfavored initiation
3. Contesting (cs for example)
4. Mispositioning --> Baiting
5. Pink wards
6. Sudden hard lane pushing / backing / Freezing

These points apply as mistakes also and you can't back-off everytime, because you are afraid of jungler popping by just because someone decided to do a bad trade. It takes map awarness and experience which you will get within time, but as said do look at your map. Did his jungler just go toward bot lane from mid ? Was top just ganked ? Was he low hp ? All these exa…

Tales of an Absolute Failure: Moderate Success the...

Thats a nice one man...now make a post on how to stick those rules to someone's mind...coz some people like me...no matter how much i want to change this habit i just feel like im not meant to achieve this....

Well, I don't know if this was a serious request or not but I'm going to take it like it was! BadHABIT here with another Tales (hey, I can spell it right when I'm not running on 2 hours of sleep) of an Absolute Failure. I want to start out by talking about what's happened since then. I made it to Bronze 4 and was pretty happy. One day and one solid step forward. We knocked out a win for my first match in B4 and then... my second was met with a troll. During that one I slid backward a bit, and definitely made a direct attack. I kept my language clean, but at the same time it was a SOLID slip backward so I took a break. As much because I'm worried trolls will drag me back to B5 as because I'm worried about my own control.

If this seems disjointed, apo…

Swag Squad Episode 1: World Domination

Twas a fine Friday afternoon, the swag squad members had finally finished pulling 10/10s from the crazy night before (partying and drinking).
Waledee was feeling fresh after taking a 2 hour shower in the golden plated swag shower.
JabJabb had just finished gorging himself as usual and continued to be the fattest member of the team.
Smidge was reflecting on the meaning of life after quickly figuring out some next level theory crafting which involved recruiting koreans to play instead of the current lineup.
It was a very good day, but something was missing!
Iggyowns and Truffalo?? Where had they been all day!?
After a bit of snooping around the team found Iggy and Truffalo jacking each other off to the beat of a particularly difficult osu! game.

Thanks for reading the blog guys you can assure we have more great content on the way!
