Runes Explained
Ekko can get into a fight for sure but then whats he supposed to do. You need basic atk spd.
Ekko can definitely finish kills, what he lacks is sustain.
Ekko is going to get into a fight at close range. He will need tenacity to get back out or away safely.
Most enemies are going to have more health than you.
You are a cc champ. Makes no sense not to have cheap shot.especially in bot lane where your partner will most likely have cc as well.
You will need to heal. This is why i also really enjoy Hextech Gunblade so much.
