Camille is still good jungler after few nerfs. She have awsome kit to clear jungle, gank, escape or fight 1vs1.
Unlucky, she is very hard to learn because she is have "timing set". She can avoid big damage like Ezreal's R or Karthus's R.
If your team need strong AD dealer and off-tank, pick her.

+Good split push after Trinity Force.
+Good 1vs1 fights with Enemy
+Good jungle clearing with her kit
+AWSOME ganks with E
+Scaling and snowballing well
+Very tanky champion

-Mana hungry in early game/before Sheen
-Bad sustain before Skirmisher's Sabre
-Some teammates will want play her on Top too so...

Just follow this short list with tips.

1Check enemy's vision. You can do it by asking teammate, using pink ward, oracle lens or using Scryer’s Bloom (Vision flower)
2Go forward until you have enemy in your E or E + Flash range.
3Use E to stun enemy/enemies.
4Use Q and W to deal damage and slow running away enemy/enemies and heal yourself.
5Use R if needed, but only in end of fight for securing kill.

First combo - E + Flash Play Video

First, use E. When you see that you are near hitting enemy, flash to extend ur E. Very cool trick which one you can suprise enemy and your teammates.

Second combo - Standard clearing jungle combo Play Video

Use E to get near camp,Q, then W, second Q and smite when you have two "stacks" or if you are low hp or you want secure drake/baron or herald.

Third combo - Gank combo Play Video

Just follow vid :P Ok, I said that I will be serious when writing guide so... Start with stun, use W for slow and heal yourself and lets your teammate do final job.

If you ask me, why I am playing Camille in jungle, I will say: Because she is pr0.
If you like hard champ with carry potential, try her. And remember one thing: Training is making Masters and Masters are making trainings.

Start on Red, go to Wolfs, after this do Blue with Smite. After this kill Groump and take crab. If u made that go gank mid

Start on Red, take Blue and kill Wolfs and go gank Mid/Bot

Jungle path if u want to clear enemy jungler's jungle

Start on enemy's Blue, take Wolfs, Groump with smite and go clear ur jungle (start your jungle with Red, after Chickens etc.)
