Squishy AD assassin, block his leap with your W and you should be fine

A tricky one! You have to click your W when his bandage is coming towards you - you can't interrupt his dash when stunned

Squishy mage - just dodge everything with your ms and combo him
Camille
Two words - COUNTER GANKING!!! If you use your W in the right moment you should be fine - beware of late tho. She can easily 1v1 then.
Ekko
You can block his E1 (small dash) with your W but if he's ahead you probably wont be able kill him. In early dont let him stun you and that's an easy kill
Evelynn
You can block her empowered E but she can charm you and then use it. She has late and her ult counters you (she can easily escape with it)
Gragas
You cant kill him 1v1 later in the game but he cant kill you either so that matchup is even - you can block his dash with your w tho so it's slightly Poppy favoured
Elise
You can block her q but she still can stun you and combo
Fiddlesticks
Early game he can easily escape from you. If you're able to combo him he should be dead - remember to stun him during his w tho. Late game he is a monster
Graves
Graves' in meta. You can block his E but late/mid game he is a monster
Hecarim
He has better ganks than you. He can solo you nearly everytime but if you stomp him early he wont be that dangerous
Ivern
You block his Q2 (not his root tho) and you can easily kill/escape from him. Beware of Daisy and never understimate Ivern - his shield and damage might surprise you
Jax
1v1 might be very hard. Try to block his q and you should be fine. Dont let him stun you!
Karthus
Just combo him
Kayn
Kayn is broken asf in this meta - early you can win 1v1 but on full builds it might be a lot harder.
Kindred
Your W counters their Q. Moreover you can E someone off their ult - Kindred shouldnt be hard to 1v1 but never underestimate fed Kindred!
Lee Sin
You hard counter Lee Sin - Your W counters his Q and W. Dont fight without W and try to time it right
Master Yi
Personally I hate Master Yi... Just hard stomp him early on and PRAY TO GOD THAT HE WONT GET FED
Nidalee
Dodge her Q and block her E - easy matchup
Nocturne
Dont fight him solo - try to run and kill him late
Nunu & Willump
Nunu is just better than Poppy - better ganks, better sustain and better aoe damage. Just interrupt his R in teamfights and let you carries do the rest
Olaf
Ban him, please. He is useless late but early on buy some Grevious Wounds to have slightest a chance winning 1v1 - if he has red smite and ignite and is coming at you 1v1 then RUN
Poppy
You can block her E with your W and interrupt her R channeling with your E
Qiyana
You counter her W and E - her main combo weapon and engage/disengage tool
Rammus
He has more damage than you, is more tanky and has kinda better ganks than you. He has no burst but still you cant win 1v1 - he will just microwave you with his Bami's item
Rengar
Outplay him early and it should be easy later on - try to W his leap and combo him
Sejuani
Block her dash and try to kill her 2v1 or even 3v1 - solo you probably dont have enough damage to kill her
Zac
Block his dash and try to kill him 2v1 or even 3v1 - solo you probably dont have enough damage to kill him
Xin Zhao
Block his dash and run - Xin's early game is insanely strong
Wukong
Try to block his E or even W (thats a dash) and you should be fine
Warwick
Buy Grevious Wounds and try to kill him with team - dont let him bait you - he heals for a lot. Moreover you cant stop his R or even Q
Vi
You cant block her R - block her Q instead and run away when she is grounded. Better dont 1v1 her when you're not ahead
Udyr
Same with Olaf but has lower Pick rate and is easier to escape - if you dont let him come close he wont kill you
Trundle
Better dont pick aftershock vs him - his R hardcounters it. You can E people to his W so try to utilize that sometimes
Shyvana
Ap Shyvana is a glass canon - very high dmg, very low resists. Dont let her hit you and dont fight solo when she is in her dragon form. Vs Full Ad Shyvana you have to just build some armor - and slowly kill her
Shen
Block his E with your W and beter run - he outdamages you with his empowered Q. If he gets to taunt you the fight is probably lost - just try to run away or if you cant - go all in and try to outplay him
Shaco
Never follow Shaco into bushes and buy oracle - dont kill his clone too and you should be fine
Sett
Sett... He outdamages you and his W might be annoying. Funny little thing - if you use your W shortly before he ults you, he will be slowed and grounded on the landing
Poppy
Poppy synergizes well with everything with burst/CC - just E someone into wall and CC-chain/burst him with your teammates
