AD Ornn?!?
Compared to AD Sion, AD Ornn isn't very useful. However, you can build items like Gargoyle's Stoneplate and other tank item (based on enemy team comp.) to build your items like bruiser.
First of all, this is really just for fun - there is absolutely no reason for you to play Ornn this way. It's really inefficient and not recommended at all in ranked games.

This build actually doesn't seem so bad! I still have no idea what runes to take on this, because it seems like every rune fits well with it. I'll also consider Prototype: Omnistone.
Still, I feel like having a secondary rune for Resolve (esp. Demolish & Overgrowth) because they're wonderful.
I build Faerie Charm early for mana regeneration. You'll sell this later, and you won't need it late game.
