Lane phase is pretty fun and super skill based with this build. There are two ways to play it. Either you choose to be aggressive and take E first and W level 2 or you take Q at level 2 and play a bit more passively. If you take w level 2 you must assess the wave state, if its in your favor you are free to all in them. A couple autos plus your E knock up into an ignite should get you first blood. This early on into the game you should pretty much only be fighting if you have wave advantage, if you don't, just farm up and wait for your time to strike. The safer way to lane, and probably more advisable way to play when your starting out with this build, is to take Q second and freeze under tower. Most likely your opposing laner will eventually get bored and make a mistake or just flat out try to kill you under tower since you are playing Blitz top and they probably don't take you seriously. When they do that hook them with Q, auto and then hit them with your E. By the time all of that has happened the person has probably taken at least 2 tower shots and should be a free kill.

Level 2 Agressive Trade- W->AUTO->E->AUTO->IGNITE

Level 3 Trade- Q->AUTO->E->W->AUTO

Level 6 All-In- Q->AUTO->E->W->AUTO->R->AUTO

After lane phase ends is when you feel your true impact. Your q will allow you to pick off squishies and solo kill them before team fights even begin. Your AOE silence on R is great for momentarily shutting ability driven champs down during team fights. I haven't experimented with maxing W just yet, so I don't know its potential impact on the game, but the general speed and attack speed buffs make it an interesting option. The best part of your kit is the ridiculous damage that comes out of your E. Once you hit the team fight part of the game you should at least have collector and with that item you can easily two shot nearly any squishy you pick off. It's a ridiculously fun late game where you can legitimately hyper-carry as a top laner.
