Remember that build&rune setup is as usefull as your own skill and knowledge - which is far more important than mere items and runes.

If you truly want to climb, you should focus on game knowledge and fundamentals. Mechanics and dueling is a cherry on top.
Aplying knowledge, macro and csing well will get you to high Diamond or even Master on it's own. This is no joke, you can climb to challenger playing on a touchpad if you only desire to do so.

Unfortunately i don't have enough time (as a dad of 2 small summoners:]) to write an entire in depth guide and then format it so it would look decent - maybe one day.
