Ornn hurts. Play safe, go more passive runes (fleet footwork, aftershock, grasp). Try to poke him if he pushes down too far.

Irelia

Take Conqueror, play aggressively and you out-duel her in a 1v1

Kled

Extreme

Kled does a lot of damage early game. You can take grasp and attempt to play passively, or conqueror and hope you can win the 1v1. You can out run his abilities with your E, and if he takes conqueror you have more chance of winning a duel with your W.

Master Yi

Major

He can alpha strike through your E and he out duels you. In jungle don't fight him early game until you're less squishy.

Sett

Extreme

You don't win this matchup if the Sett has any sort of game sense. If you must, take fleet footwork and try not to let him bully you with poke in lane.

Darius

Extreme

Take fleet footwork. Outrun his E hook and try to poke him to proc your heal.

Lee Sin

Major

Lee Sin is strong early game against you. Play safe and don't try to 1v1, in team fights however you can probably win dependant on team comp.

Morgana

Major

Perma ban on support. Take aftershock and try to taunt her, escaping her root with your E.

Vayne

Extreme

Take Fleet Footwork. Focus on blocking her Q auto attacks with your W, and dash away from her once she engages with her Q roll.

Warwick

Major

Warwick's self heal and extra damage is strong against you. Take Conqueror and play early game safe, but gank a lot to make sure your team wins laning phase

Urgot

Extreme

If I don't ban Sett top, I ban urgot. He's extremely annoying to deal with, so take grasp or aftershock. You can also take Conqueror if you're more confident in your skill level, but I would recommend getting as tanky as possible as soon as possible.

Yasuo

Even

Yasuo tends to focus on his Q and AA, so use your W wisely and you can win with conqueror. Otherwise, try to poke with grasp and build some armour up before he gets fed, because let's face it, it's Yasuo.

Tryndamere

Major

Trynd will end your puny life at 6. Play aggro for the first few levels and try to get a couple kills in, or he will just all in you under tower and win.

Wukong

Minor

I would recommend going for aggressive runes like PTA or hail of blades against Wukong, especially if he takes electrocute as you can just block all of his AAs, but you don't win in a duel with him if he takes conqueror, so maybe consider taking grasp.

Garen

Major

Take max tenacity fleet footwork, and try to not int before you get Hydra.

Teemo

Minor

Take aggressive runes and poke him down as much as possible before 6. If this is successful, you've basically won lane, although his blind can be quite annoying so know when to play it safe.

Sion

Even

Sion is quite tanky, but all you need to do is go for Grasp and out tank him.

Illaoi

Extreme

Illaoi bullies the life out of you in lane. Take fleet footwork, and only trade defensively, trying to dodge her Q when possible.

Kha'Zix

Even

Kha`Zix has a lot of burst, so in jungle you win sustained fights if you take some defensive items alongside conqueror.

Shen

Even

You are your own worst enemy. If by some chance you come against Shen as Shen in blind I would recommend going for Conqueror to win your sustained fights, make sure you block his Q with your W then taunt him and Q.

Aurelion Sol

Tiny

Ok, firstly, either why are you mid or why is A-Sol top? If you come against him as support, you end his life very easily, so take aggressive runes with a bit of tenacity for his stun.
