Introduction
Hello!
I am going to show you how I play Ezreal, It is a little unorthodox but the main components are there. I will show you runes, masteries, builds and tactics especially! Hopefully I will help you in playing Ezreal and I especially hope you have fun as Ezreal is probably the most fun AD champion there is with 3 skillshots, a global ultimate and a helpful flash.
Runes
Fairly standard runes, include flat attack damage marks and quintessences, flat armour seals and finally magic resist per level glyphs.
Skills are also very average, maxing out your Q by level 9 as it is your main poke early game to give you an advantage, then your flash, reducing it's cooldown as fast as possible, then finally your essence flux, as it is weak, although taking a point in it early may help utilise ezreal's passive, and essence flux's passive (attack speed reduction).
1. Doran's Blade -> Phantom Dancer OR Bloodthirster
2. Boots -> Berserker's Greaves
3. B. F. Sword OR Pickaxe -> Infinity Edge
4. Zeal -> Phantom Dancer
5. B. F. Sword -> Black Cleaver
6. B. F. Sword -> Bloodthirster
Start out with a Doran's Blade or Boots and 3 Health Potion, depending on which one you are more comfortable with (Personally, I choose Doran's Blade). As you get to lane, focus on harrassing with your Mystic Shot and also trying to get atleast a few last hits. This is not a MUST DO but getting 50 farm at about 10 minutes is the minimum you should have. You can push to their tower as your Mystic Shot has amazing range, giving you many chances to hit them. Your first run back should be Boots and a Pickaxe or B. F. Sword, Any spare gold should be for Health Potions and (If you aren't doing great) Elixir of Fortitude or (If you're doing good) Elixir of Agility. Do not worry about mana problems too much as Ezreal's Mystic Shot is only 28 - 40 mana. Use your Arcane Shift to get into positioning for a Mystic Shot if you want to do annoy them more. If you engage, or are engaged into a 1v1, using your Arcane Shift near them, but moving sideways, always helps as, if you Arcane Shift like I said, you will deal damage with your Arcane Shift, surprise them incase they are using a skillshot, and even get out of range if they are melee. You must also remember to look around for any potential kills with your Trueshot Barrage. A good tip is to look for brushes they they may of hidden in as they are very common places for people to recall.
