You can destroy her combo with your Q. When you see her Eclipse, get ready to fire your tornado into her dash and you should be fine. After 6 your disengage makes it even harder for her to engage, but be careful of her ulti, since her team can chain cc afterwards.

Zilean

WIth your high movement speed you can easily dodge his bombs, and shield your adc if he/she gets hit.

Alistar

Fairly Passive lane to play against. Laning phase won't have much kill pressure from you or them, so it all depends on which adc farms better and plays outside of lane.

Tahm Kench

Minor

Poke him early game, try to have a triggerfinger on your E, to shield his q damage. save your q to disengage when he tries to get 3 stacks on you/your adc.

Bard

Minor

Can be a pain in the *** during laning phase. his poke is stronger and more reliable, but he tends to run oom pretty quick. Try to pick the adc off when bard goes roaming for chimes, and destroy his W by walking over it whenever its safe enough to do so.

Soraka

Minor

Although soraka offers incredible sustain, she lacks it for herself. the only way to heal herself up is through her (slow) q. With Janna's Mov speed you should be able to dodge it. this lane is won by poking soraka and her adc, and is lost if you and your adc go for short trades (since she can heal back up, while you cant.)

Braum

Even

Save your Q for when he lands a stack or two, save your shield to mitigate the damage from his q, and use your ulti to stop enemies from following up after his ulti.

Janna

Even

You will never ever have this lane, trust me. And if you do, you better win.(Make mama proud)

Morgana

Even

Dodge her q, Shield your adc if they get hit by her binding and throw a q towards her and her adc. save ulti for when she ults to cancel as many chains as possible

Nami

Major

She outtrades you due to her heal and reliable poke, so dont go for short trades. Shield as much as you can and try to stop making her W bounce by walking out of an enemy's range. survive during laning phase and ask for help from jungler.

Blitzcrank

Even

Basically, its just a loss or a win. if you or your adc fail to dodge his hooks, you will lose. the only thing you cna do is shield the one hooked and possible knock them up or away with your ult.

Thresh

Even

The re-activation of thresh's Q can be interrupted by your Q. lantern pulls can also be interrupted by your Q and R. dont get hooked, and give adc shield if they do get hooked.

Karma

Major

Stay behind minions so that her Q cant hit you, save Q fro when she tries to root you. Walk away so the chain is broken. Also dont stand in her ulti, since it deals damage after 1 second. shield whoever karma's Q is gonna hit.

Sona

Major

She can not be outtraded by you, due to her strong poke and sustain. She is squishy af tho, so ask for a gank and she will fall behind in no-time

Zyra

Major

LOOK OUT FOR HER LVL 6! she does massive burst when she has her ulti ready, so be ready to ult when she does. try to shield her Q poke, and dodge her E. stand on seeds to destroy them

Annie

Extreme

Watch out for stun and be ready to shield her q poke. ult when she tibbers stuns your team.

Nautilus

Extreme

Although you 'can' interrupt his q, its very difficult and he will still kinda travel towards you. his cc becomes too much too disengage. try to poke when his q is on cd and shield his e dmg.
