This red eyed demon looking cunt shouldnt be much of a problem to you as long as you keep your range from him. Be sure to poke him hard early game with your "Q" and "E" combo.

This mean fella here has a long ass ranged weapon and a fucking hammer. So just be sure to dodge all of his damn lazer gun shots and you should be fine against him.

Garen may and may not be hard to counter... It really all depends on what he is building so as long as he is not building Magic Resistance you should be fine... Early game you will destroy him as he doesnt have the range on you, and lets hope it stays like that.

With this cunts release he is genuinely OP AF... If you are fighting him top you could stand a chance with your ranged abilities, but if he is the jungler you better watch yo ass cause this MOFO goes through walls.
Heimerdinger
You should be able to win the lane against Heimerdonger as you have the range with your abilities, but this nigga also has his gay ass turrets so I would recommend to play safe unless he sucks ass.

Meh... If you play Teemo it means you are fucking trash (I definitly dont have over 200k Mastery Points on him.) His blind shouldnt be as effective on you as you are a legit fucking Soraka top, so I would recommend playing aggresive on him and poking him with your abilities.
