Lux

You can block Lux's Q, and E, with Yasuo's windwall, neglecting pretty much all her damage output before level 6.

Veigar

Veigar's Q and R can be blocked by Wind Wall (W), and his other abilities, W and E, can be easily dodged using Sweeping Blade (E), to dash away.

Ahri

I am pretty sure all of Ahri's abilities can be blocked using Wind Wall, so this lane should be pretty easy levels 1-5

Ryze

When Ryze uses his W (root), chances are he will try to use his abilities. So once again, most of Ryze's damage can be easily blocked with wind wall, then let him waste mana so you can trade after. Not to mention, Ryze does have (or had) the lowest win rate in the mid lane, and is considered the worst champion in League of Legends.

Pantheon

Pantheon's passive can block alot of Yasuo's poke damage, and he has a stun when melee fighting.

Riven

As Yasuo, you can only take trades against Riven very early on. Because of Riven being melee and having cc, gap closers, and a short dash+shield to not only deny damage, but dodge tornadoes as well. Riven usually wins this matchup, and it's usually quite difficult against a good riven player.

Fiora

Fiora has the ability to perry Yasuo's tornado to lead to a stun, she has good melee fighting potential, and easy poke with her Q. The reason why I wouldn't say this is a harder difficulty matchup is because level 1 and maybe level 2, Yasuo can abuse her in lane and get good damage off, making it harder to trade later on. Other important things to know in this lane is to Q exactly when she goes in to poke with her Q, and stand on the side of your Fiora's vital point, making it harder to hit (e.g., if it's on the left, stand next to the left wall so that she can't really proc it.
