Reworked panth is a great ad top laner, his laning phase is still unbeatable, going tank or off tank prevents you from doing tons of damage(he has really good scaling).
Pantheon still falls of late game but not like before a good pantheon with ga and hex can be unkillable with E.

in lane you want to freeze and make a slow push with your minions while poking your opnent with q using w henever he engages with e to negate their burst.
3 q's that are impowared with a auto ignite electrocute is a free 400gold... unless someone else gets fb or u get lvl 2 ganked.

Push your lane and look for fights. your mid game is the strongest, you can gank mid and ulti bot getting you a dragon while your laner is clearing the giant wave you've been pushing. remeber that most of the times you want to create a slow push whenever you can to hit your laner with q's while hes farming under tower

late game; protect the adc! if everyone is almost full build you're pretty much done escpecially if u think "ill w the back line and kill everyone" … this doesn't work even when your full ad, you simply don't have enough dmg. what you want to do Is stay with your back line and w their tanks/assassins' when they jump your carries, body block with e and throw a nice impowered q whenever you can at their back line.
