try to avoid playing against draven
you cant damage her allot and she have a lot of stuns so try to avoid too

Whenever Miss Fortune attacks an enemy unit that was not the target of her previous basic attack, she will deal 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100% AD bonus physical damage to them, halved to 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD versus minions. passive helps you to do more damage its pretty cool combined with Double Up try to use Double Up on minion and shot enemy behind minion Double Up will power up your attack and your Love Tap will grant you bonus damage so you will do amazing damage at start.
Active: Miss Fortune fires a shot at a target enemy, which then bounces to hit another unit behind it, dealing physical damage to the first and second target, applying on-hit effects to both.
Physical Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+ 100% AD) (+ 35% AP)
Double Up's second shot prioritizes units directly behind the primary target.
Double Up's second shot can critically strike, dealing 100% (+ 50%) bonus damage. If Double Up kills the first target, the second hit is guaranteed to critically strike.
Double Up can help you to do more damage (explained at love tap) and only thing you need to do is try to shot champion behind minion use spell on minion and second shot will do incredible damage to enemy.You can see video below at runes after Triumph in that video you can see me how i did more damage to enemy with my second shot of my Double Up.
Passive - Strut: Miss Fortune gains 25 bonus movement speed if she has not taken damage in the last 5 seconds, excluding damage over time. This bonus is increased to a greater amount after another 5 seconds.
Maximum Bonus Movement Speed:60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100
Active - Guns Blazing: Miss Fortune gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds and brings Strut's passive effect to full power.
Bonus Attack Speed:40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100%
Marking a new target with Love Tap reduces Strut cooldown by 2 - 1.1 (based on cooldown reduction) seconds.anyway after you do attack enemy (basic) use Strut and you will get movement speed and it will reduce cooldown cause you attacked enemy with your basic.and its great to avoid things like lux ulti or jinx ulti etc. cause if they didnt attacked you, you will get passive movement and if you do active you will probably avoid things like that.

Active: Miss Fortune rains down hundreds of bullets onto the target area for 2 seconds, slowing and dealing magic damage every 0.25 seconds to units within the area.
Magic Damage Per Tick:10 / 14.375 / 18.75 / 23.125 / 27.5 (+ 10% AP)
Slow:28 / 36 / 44 / 52 / 60%
You can combine it with your ulti and if you have supp with stun its great cause when your supp stuns you just use Make it Rain and after you used Make it Rain activate your ult.
Active: Miss Fortune channels for 3 seconds, firing several waves of bullets in the target direction over the duration, each dealing 75% AD (+ 20% AP) physical damage.
Total Waves:12 / 14 / 16
Each wave can critically strike, dealing 20% (+ 10%) bonus damage.
Critical Damage:90% AD (+ 24% AP)
as i said you can combine it with Make it Rain its pretty cool if you buy The Black Cleaver it will grant you more damage against tanks cause The Black Cleaver reduce their armor by 4% for 6 seconds and it can stack up to 6 times for a maximum 24% armor reduction. And your ulti will get to maximum after 6 waves and you can do 12 waves (only 1 time ulti upgraded). If you have leona or morgana etc. for supp you can eazy kill enemy.
Arcane Comet is my choice for MF. When off CD, whenever you damage an enemy with an ability a comet will fly over from you to them and hit them to deal extra damage. This is good on MF as she's an AD caster - she relies on her abilities to do damage rather than on her auto-attacks like most ADCs. Due to this, she is able to consistently pop Comet both in skirmishes and while poking the enemy with her Double Up or Make it Rain. As her Make it Rain is also a slow, Comet is almost 100% sure to hit the enemy they cant escape your comet cause slow.
Manaflow Band recovers you mana which is good at early game Miss Fortune dont have alot mana at start but it have cooldown (15 sec), upon earning 250 mana, Manaflow band restores 1% of your missing mana. With Manaflow Band you can get extra mana without buying mana items.
Transcendence grants you CDR when you reach lvl 10 and excess CDR becomes AP or AD (Adaptive).Its gives you more dmg to poke enemy, because more you have CDR more damage you deal.
Gathering StormAfter 10 minutes you get 5 AD and for every additional 10 minutes this value gets raised pretty high. This rune is good for ad in lategame. This rune scales perfect and you´ll do more damage the longer the game goes on and for adc´s its pretty important to do a lot of damage lategame.
TriumphThis rune gives you 12% of your HP back and 20 bonus gold after a kill. This rune can save your life because. Just look at video (i played miss fortune)
so you can see Triumph saved me.
Coup de grace
with this rune you do 7% more damage on enemys below 40% health and you´ll gain 9 AD for 10 seconds after a kill. Coup de Grace gives us 7% more dmaage to targets below 40% health. Every damage dealer is great with an execution and MF is no exception to this.
