Overall Explanation
This build will give you every single upgrade to all of your abilities. You ask yourself.. "Why upgrade my 'W'..".. Well why wouldn't you it's an insane upgrade.
Grabbing Hextech Gunblade first gives you so much sustain with your Q alone. Along with the fact that say 80% of the time minions are around.. (Considering that Q prioritizes minions).. After such you would be grabbing Essence Reaver second which gives you your first upgrade on your Q. Then you take Runaan's Hurricane. Which gives you attack speed and the ability to apply your passive onto 3 targets and not just one now. (this also gives you a full 40% CDR if you take Transcendence. You then take Guinsoo's Rageblade which gives you your W upgrade, and finishing off with a Rapid Fire Cannon to add even more attack speed, and giving you your E upgrade.
