It is not easy explaining why Howling Abyss is not summoners rift, that is why I anticipate a long line of guides before it is possible for people to recognize these differences. This build is not hard to use, and it works on different skill levels, although the newest players should rely on rushing late game goals, as any sold items will make greater delay for them, however at higher skill level, rushing end game build doesn't work at all. The more competitive a game is, the more likely is buying conditional items - fortitude pots, brutalizers, defensive items and other items that delay end game goal, yet they are very necessary and useful.
