Cheatsheet:
Runes - Standard. Nothing much to say. I actually always take 1 Crit Chance Mark. You only lose out on 1 AD which is nothing, but gain 1% Crit, which can always make that difference in a trade. I also like to run some Mana Regen Glyphs on some ADCs like Caitlyn. I usually splash 3-4 Mana Regen and the rest as Magic Resist Glyphs.
Masteries - Standard, also not much to say. I'm actually not a huge fan of Warlord - provides nothing early game and is negligible late-game - and prefer to take the points in Dangerous Game , Blade Weaving and Spell Weaving , since Caitlyn makes easy transitions between AAs and Qs. It just can't be helped that the Offense tree isn't that strong, lol. Also, as Vyn says, the defensive tree doesn't really stop ADCs dying that much when focused anyway, so going 21/2/7 for Summoner CDs and mana regen can be quite invaluable.
Items - All standard items for Caitlyn. I always think the rare Randuin's Omen is worth a mention, even though Guardian Angel is a more appealing buy 99% of the time.
Skill Sequence - Vyn already covered this as well. If you start Q, then E has to be your second skill. Like you, I never start W - it doesn't really do too much at level 1 compared to Q.
Written Content:
Good stuff! It was actually an enjoyable read. Particularly your laning phase section is quite extensive. One thing to be careful of are superfluous explanations which don't add more than the tooltip. For example, with Bloodthirster:
' Bloodthirster should be your first big item rush. It gives tons of Attack damage and provides you with lost of sustain(especially if farmed). It will increase your trading and dueling potential a lot and it's an overall safe item choice for mid game.'
In the tooltip, it already tells me it gives me AD and Lifesteal. To be more thorough, you could mention briefly how as an ADC, your primary job is to AA, which makes Bloodthirster an ideal choice since it gives you the most AD. In addition, your abilities scale with AD, most notably Ace in the Hole, making Bloodthirster a better rush item than Infinity Edge or Zeal-upgrade.
The next thing you could work on are matchups and synergies. Everyone loves these.
Verdict:
Solid job! Contains all the necessary basic information to play Caitlyn and will do more than get you started on learning how to play the Sheriff! Although it may lack some more advanced tips that I like to see in more ADC guides, I would definitely recommend this guide for anyone who is picking up Caitlyn.

But he does explain it. Q.Q
alrity den, my mistake :3
Thy sins
1. "Choose 2 to round it off" So there are situations where you NOT pick IE?
But he does explain it. Q.Q
1. "Choose 2 to round it off" So there are situations where you NOT pick IE? Whatever the case may be, I don't see it explained in your guide.
2. "marksemn"
Thy blessing
1. C2V
2. All basics included
3. Build seems fine.
4. Full tactical explanation
5. Good use of coding and structure
Result: Path of the Successor
I am content. Fix the issues, maybe add some matchups and synergies and it is a great guide :3
