Pretty hard matchup. Darius is hard to beat. He has too much CC. Play safe.

Galio is not strong against AD champions,bully him. Just bully him because he is really low against AD champions.

Gangplank

Skill matchup I would say. Try to dodge his barrels,you can bully him and push.

Garen

Skill matchup. He has a strong silence,but he deals a lot of damage now. Do not try to bully him,just play safe and farm.

Gnar

Gnar has a pretty good slow,and he has damage too. Do not attack him when he is Mega Gnar.

Hecarim

Skill matchup. Attack him when his E is down. When you reach 6 before him,start bullying him.

Irelia

Irelia dominates everyone. Your jungler needs to help you too much.

Jax

Again,a skill matchup. You need to use your Q at the right moment,and dodge his stun. When he reaches 6,do not try to kill him.

Jayce

Major

Jayce is pretty strong. He can deal a lot of damage. He is both ranged and melee. Play safe. Get him when his mana is low.

Malphite

Major

Malphite is too tanky,he can ignore your E and Q. He has a good slow too. And of course AOE. Play safe.

Lissandra

Extreme

Lissandra is really strong. You can die y in seconds. Lissandra can change her position,so she can escape easily. Play safe.

Kha'Zix

Even

Just stay close to your minions. Try to poke him and farm.

Nasus

Tiny

Nasus has a pretty weak early. Try to bully him early game,and farm. Do not let him stack his Q. Do not try to 1v1 him when he has over 150 stacks. He can destroy you if you are not good enough.

Olaf

Major

Olaf is a good opponent. He has a pretty good slow,of course lots of damage. Still,you can bully him. Just avoid his axe throw.

Pantheon

Even

Pantheon is a hard opponent,but you can beat him. Get his passive down using your E. He will be slowed,then you can damage him and continue farming.

Poppy

Minor

Poppy is good when played true. But still,not beatable. Use your W to avoid Poppy's E. You can damage after this.

Renekton

Renekton has a pretty strong early game. Farm and get your tiamat as soon as possible.

Lee Sin

Lee Sin can deal alot of damage. Try to bully him.

Rengar

Rengar is a strong opponent right now. Damage him and when he is low,do not let him base. Then attack him and get the kill. But do not attack him when his E is on.

Ryze

Extreme

Ryze is just too strong. He can deal alot of damage. He will not let you move too. You need to use your W at the right moment. And please,let your jungler help you. Do not blame him when you do not get the kill.
