I have done the calculations and with my full build with scaling AP runes with an elixir give you about 1000 AP and is you have a sufficent number of chimes (about 100) your Q will deal an initial 800 damage with the Runic effect then your auto afterward with Lich Bane (500) Meep empowered (500-800) depending on chimes collected along with your basic attack will total for about 2000 damage within half a second with 35% magic pen and it is the most broken thing i have ever seen
