Why AD Akali?
Well, as we can see, AD Akali have mixed type of damages, but you can also getting strong enough bcoz she got every damaging skill scaling to both AP and AD.
AD Akali will be harder to counter, bcoz they can't just build Armor or Magic resist to fight back her, while she still deal a huge mixed type damage. The only way to fight her is to kill her soon, so that we have Tanky Akali. but don't worry,she can still deal damage even on tanky build with Trinity Force and Titanic Hydra.

Laning Phase
You'll just have to make small trades until the enemy's weak enough for you to kill.
Q + AA the enemy everytime they want to approach you, then E, but don't use E again if they still have cc to fight you.
