Introduction

Hello, this is my first of many major guides for the various positions in league of legend.

So basicly I'm going to give you guys a quick run down of what I did with the builds and masteries and why. Also going to try and give you guys a quick idea of some of the key factors to determine a successful Carry, in any match.

Laning Phase

AIM
Well Basically the laning phase is just where a hero is suppose to rake up as much good as possible within the first 10-15 mins.
Your main to objectives here are: stop your enemy carry from getting as much gold as yourself( By harassing him) while trying to get as much gold as possible yourself.
During this time, I'd like to have at least 100 cs, at a bare minimum.

DON'T PUSH THE WAVE
The idea of farming at bottom lane or any lane is to try and not to push your wave, and you'll do this by only last hitting the creeps so that you will gain all the experience from the creep and the gold as well.

FARMING UNDER TOWER
If your enemy is playing really aggressive on you, and is pushing the creeps towards your tower, you should call your jungler to come gank the lane. While this is happening, you will still need to be able to farm under the tower. The most basic idea is that, for all melee minions, let the tower hit it twice and then hit it yourself. For all ranged Minion let the tower hit it once, and then hit it once yourself and you should succeed in farming all the creeps under your tower.

HARASSING YOUR OPPOSITION
The best way to harass your opposition is when their trying to go for a last hit on a creep, this is because they are left in the difficult choice of either taking damage from you or missing that 1 creep. And if they constantly decide to miss that 1 creep it could build yourself in a phenomenal lead.

POSITIONING
While just farming, you should have no reason to go in front of your ranged creeps, and if you do you will risk getting hit by an auto attack, and even worse, more damage from skills such as Caitlyn's Piltover or Sivir's Boomerang.

Items

I know people may like to build their heroes items differently but my build is just a rough guide to the most basic build.

Vampiric Scepter doesnt always have to be baught so late, it can be baught as early as straight after the double dorans if you need extra sustain within lane.
The same goes for boots: If you find that you need some extra mobility to kite your opponent.

The order for Quick Silver Sash and Last Whisper is Debaitable, if your enemy team has alot of stuns and they are always aiming you its probably the best idea to get the Quick Silver Sash before last Whisper.

Last Whisper:

The reason why i would get last whisper over another item such as the black cleaver or an extra pd or blood thirster, is because last whisper armor penetrate applies to skills to!
And its better then a black cleaver because unless if your team has a lot of ad, its bonus isn't worth it.
Finally the reason why Last Whisper is better in most cases then an extra pd or a blood thirstir is because of the fact that when your enemy gets up to 200-300 armor, your armor pen not only increases the damage on your skills significantly but also allow your auto attacks to do an extra 100-200 damage.

Triforce Vs Phantom Dancer

Triforce is an item which can be good on some heroes but horrible on others, trifoce is extremely good on heroes like ezreal, who have a hit on effect with his mystic shot. Its also a good help with all his skills scale off ap and all have a relatively low cooldown.

If you have any item suggestions please leave a message and explain why you think it'll be better then my item build.

Masteries

I LEFT A SPARE POINT FOR YOU GUYS SO YOU CAN PUT IT IN FOR YOUR SECOND SUMMONER SPELL.
I went 22 0 7 because i felt that maximising your damage potential as an ad carry is what your suppose to do. And also the 7 because mana regen early game is very important, it can eazily help you win a lane if you have the extra mana to spam.

Summoner Spells

THE MOST COMMON SPELLS ARE:

Flash: it is like a must have summoner, unless if your confident enough with heros like ezreal or tristana that you can make sure that you wont ever get yourself into trouble.

Ignite for heroes like ezreal and corki who do a ton of damage and have skills that scale really well of both ap and ad.

Cleanse is most commonly used for vayne, because you really want to utilise her ultimate, without having to worry about a portion of that extra damage will be wasted because of an enemy stun.

Heal is the most common used because it can not only save your bacon but it could also potentially save your support.

Exhaust is generally used for when playing against support nunu's, where u can exhaust him so his ultimate does close to zero damage.

Runes

There was a bug with the runes, where I couldn't add in the Flat Magic Resist Blues, so for all those that are missing blue runes, its not that I'm saying you dont need anything, they're just suppose to be flat Magic resist glyphs.

The reason for the extra flat ad blue is because it will bump your ad up: for more detail visit the link below

Also if you find yourself going up against a duo ad bot lane, u should probably consider switching your flat magic resist runes into flat armor runes.

TEAM FIGHT!!

POSITIONING
When in a teamfight, you should always try to stay behind your tanks so that they are your meatshields while you just relax back and pick off the enemy targets. If you can hide behind a wall and damage your enemies that would be considered the best option as it would take them a long way to walk around, and in that time you should be able to finish them off.

Targetting
Your target order : Enemy Ad Carry, Enemy Mid, And from there on should be who ever is the most fed on the enemy team, but killing your direct opponent is generally the safest bet to win a team fight, simply because AD carries have the potential to do the most amount of damage.

Ashe

Ashe is probably the best carry in this game for most circumstances.
She has the best damage for level 1
She has a slow for excellent kiting.
If you can aim your ashe arrow properly you'll win games for your team.
Hawk shot is a great help for your team as it can help you sight out unwarded areas for any oncoming danger.
Volley has a really short cooldown so you can spam it as much as u want in a teamfight to slow your enemies down.

For the best how play ashe guide watch:31:06 has a special chat about how to position yourself to ultimate your enemy in a teamfight.

Caitlyn

She's really not that strong right now, just make sure you keep your distance between you and your opponents, you have the longest range in the game, and a net which slows your opponent and pushes you away from them.
Remember to lay traps!

Corki

Great burst damage, trinity force rush is a great idea when you have a sustainable support, (e.g. soraka) so you can spam your skills.

Graves

Probably best and highest burst damage in the game.
Late game also becomes a scary dps hero, with his quickdraw really aiding him, and allowing him to kite his enemies really efficiently.

Kennen

Kennen is only viable as an ad because he doesn't have any mana, and if you manage to time his skills right you can triple stun an enemy. Another perk to this is that you can spam your skills infinitely.

Kog'maw

Most consistant damage late game. Practise landing his ultimates and also managing his mana early lane game for harassment and late game for his ultimates.

Tristana

Look to play her really aggresively early game, she has the ability to through out good early burst damage, and great late game ranged dps, with her passive giving her immense range, almost allowing her to nuke her enemies with damage before they are even in range.

Miss Fortune

Miss Fortune, the most efficient bully in a lane, forces her enemies to stand next to his ranged minions, otherwise she will just hit them with her "double up".

Vayne

great burst damage with his ultimate, also his stealth and silver bolt + stun makes him almost unbeatable 1v1.

Many of the streamers, Candy Panda, Chaox, Ocelote (not as much) and many more. Watching these players have given me so much information on how to play this game better.

Thanks to Domo0 For giving me his time to help answer some of my questions.
