Early

Early game you will be heavily outclassed in damage. Play defensive and safe. Have your support ward the first bush on your right.
Last-hitting minions wont be very hard, you always have your to finish off more at once.
Ganks are very welcome but you really need to get that last hit on the enemy champ or else your core items will take too long to build.

Mid

You have your and . This is where the fun begins for lulu.
Finally you can put some damage on the enemy and get some kills. Be careful tho, you are still a very squishy target.

Late

is probably the only thing left for you to build at this stage of the game. But you don't really need that to pwn the enemy. Dont venture alone, have a tanky teammate at your side when you encounter a strong opponent or you will be squashed.
If the enemy is forced to retreat to their base, steal their blue buff for extra longlasting damage. You can now chase anyone to their grave using , and to catch up and a + combo to slow them down.
